The objectives of these courses will vary depending on the age and performance composition of the participants. They are often based on the requirements of schools, but we are happy to provide our professional consultation and many years of experience to help set your expectations correctly. Our professional instructors are able to adapt to specific needs and safely, step by step, guide participants towards the set goals.
Course content
The specific courses will be designed so that children acquire the necessary skills – from complete basics, getting to know the snow, skis and equipment, through first standing on skis and maintaining balance, to simple movements and stopping on a gentle slope. For older children, this will be followed by work on more advanced skiing techniques. We use appropriate exercises and aids that motivate children and naturally guide them towards progress. The whole process is set up so that children feel safe, are not afraid, and fall in love with skiing.
Prerequisites
No skills or previous skiing experience are required. The course is intended for all kindergarten, primary and secondary school students without restrictions. Participants will be divided into performance groups so that everything proceeds at a suitable pace. If needed, we are able to provide rental of the necessary equipment under discounted conditions.
Location and organization
Courses are primarily offered at the SKI DEMÄNOVÁ and CHOPOK - JASNÁ resorts, but by mutual agreement we can provide our services anywhere. Instruction is tailored to the size and age structure of the group, acquired skills and experience, as well as the children’s attention and energy levels. We are happy to help you with the training plan and the organization of the lessons.
